A Choral Fantasy on the traditional African American spiritual, “Soon I Will Be Done.” Each verse should be performed differently, with the middle section being our musical prayer of hope that will continue to live in our hearts despite the sometimes difficult realities of life.

Anwar Ottley’s adaptation of this hymn is combined with sensitive a cappella with richness and warmth, and is appropriate for advanced ensembles.
All Creatures of our
god and king
